The Express Scripts Lab is where healthcare innovation becomes tangible. Designed as both a cutting-edge workplace and a showcase, the 12,000 square foot (1,115 square meter) facility bridges science, technology, and human insight to advance Health Decision Science.

At its core, a two-level common area houses the “Solutions Gallery,” a flexible, interactive space equipped with mobile displays and immersive technology that fosters collaboration and sparks creativity. The Lab supports Specialized Care Pharmacists, the Decision Design Group, and the Advanced Analytics & Research Group, enabling seamless teamwork and innovation across disciplines.

Transparency and connection guide the design. Open sightlines and flexible spaces encourage exchange, while carefully integrated technology support research and demonstrate Express Scripts’ unique capabilities to visitors and partners alike.
